THREE RECIPES OF CHICKEN SHAWARMA

Shawarma with cream in the oven

Ingredients :

Chicken breast: 2 breasts (fillet / diced)

 Yogurt: 2 tbsp

 Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon (to season the chicken)

 Salt: 1 teaspoon

 Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

 Shawarma Spices: 1 teaspoon

 Cardamom: half a teaspoon

 Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon

 Tortilla bread: 6 loaves

 Mozzarella cheese: a quarter cup

 Cream: a box

 Cream cheese: a box

 Garlic powder: a quarter of a teaspoon

 Potatoes: 1 piece (cut into circles and fried)

 Mayonnaise: 1 tablespoon

How to prepare :

Season the chicken with salt, shawarma spices, cardamom, yogurt, garlic powder, olive oil and lemon juice, and leave it aside for an hour in the refrigerator.

 Turn the chicken over in a non-stick frying pan until soft.

 Spread the shawarma on the tortilla bread and roll it with rolls with mayonnaise spread on the bread.

 Spread the potatoes in the oven dish, then arrange the shawarma rolls.

 Mix the cream with cream cheese and garlic powder and spread the mixture over the shawarma rolls, then spread the mozzarella cheese on top.

 Put the tray in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, until the cheese melts and serve hot.

Mashed potatoes with shawarma

Ingredients :

 Chicken breast: 2 breasts (minced in cubes or long slices)

 Yogurt: 2 tbsp

 Olive oil: a tablespoon

 Lemon juice: a tablespoon

 Garlic powder: half a teaspoon

 Cardamom: half a teaspoon (ground)

 Black pepper: half a teaspoon (ground)

 Shawarma Spices: 1 teaspoon

 Salt: half a teaspoon

 Potatoes: 3 pieces (peeled and boiled)

 Butter: 2 tbsp

 Salt: 1 teaspoon

 Cream: a box

Directions :

Mix the chicken with salt, ground cardamom, garlic powder, lemon juice, yogurt, olive oil, black pepper, and shawarma spices, and leave the mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

 Mash the potatoes with the cream, salt, and butter, until the ingredients are homogeneous.

 Place the shawarma in a frying pan over a medium to high heat and stir for 15 minutes or so until it becomes tender.

 Spread the mashed potatoes in a serving dish, then spread the shawarma on top, garnish as desired, and serve hot.

Delicious chicken shawarma

Ingredients :

Chicken breast: half a kilo (free of bone and skin / sliced)

 Milk: half a cup

 White vinegar: a quarter cup

 Salt: 1 teaspoon

 Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon

 Onion powder: 1 teaspoon

 Cardamom: 1 teaspoon (ground)

 Black pepper: 1 teaspoon

 Paprika: 1 teaspoon

 Cumin: 1 teaspoon

 Bread: 3 loaves (shrak bread)

 Mayonnaise: 12 cup (mixed with a teaspoon of garlic powder)

 Pickled cucumbers: 12 cup (for a sandwich filling)

Directions :

Mix all the ingredients with the chicken and leave it for 4 hours in the refrigerator.

 In a frying pan on the stove, put a little oil and put the chicken mixture on it until it turns brown and tender.

 Cut the shrak bread in the form of triangles.

 Mix mayonnaise with a little garlic powder, then spread the mixture on the shrak bread slices, add the chicken and a little cucumber pickle, roll it and serve.
