Easy butter cookies

Ingredients :

Butter: half a cup (melted)

 Brown sugar: a quarter cup

 Sugar: 1/2 cup (white)

 Vanilla extract: 2 tsp

 Eggs: 1 piece

 Flour: one to three quarters of a cup

 Baking soda: half a teaspoon

 Salt: half a teaspoon

 Chocolate granules: 1 cup

How to prepare :

Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.

 In a large bowl, put butter, white sugar and brown sugar, and mix until combined.

 Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix the ingredients until they overlap.

 Add the flour, baking soda and salt, and mix until you get a cohesive dough.

 Add the chocolate chips and stir until they overlap.

 Shape even balls of the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

 Put the tray in the oven for 7-10 minutes, until the cookies are done.

 Take the tray out of the oven and place the cookies on a cooling rack to cool down.

 Serve cookies along with milk or tea.

Butter cookies with almonds

Ingredients :

Butter: 200 g (soft)

 Sugar: three quarters of a cup

 Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon

 Vanilla: 1 1/2  teaspoon

 Egg yolk: 1 piece

 Flour: 2 cups

 Almonds: 1/2 cup (whole grain)

How to prepare :

Whisk the butter with sugar, salt, and vanilla until you get a creamy mixture

 Add the egg yolk and beat.

 Add flour and mix until a soft dough forms.

 Put the dough in a plastic sheet and put it in the refrigerator for at least onehour.

 Preheat the oven at 325 degrees.

 Prepare an oven tray and cover with parchment paper.

 Spread the cookie dough on a sprinkled surface of inch thick flour.

 Cut the dough by cutting the desired shape.

 Put the cookies in the prepared tray and put an almond in the center of each grain and put it in the oven for 15 minutes until it becomes light golden.

 Take the tray out of the oven and leave the cookies to cool and serve warm or cold.

Cinnamon cookies

Ingredients :

 Sugar: 1 cup

 Butter: 1/2 cup (soft)

 Eggs: 1 piece

 Vanilla: 1 teaspoon

 Flour: one and a half cups

 Cinnamon: 1 1/2 teaspoons (ground)

 Baking powder: 1 teaspoon

 Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon

How to prepare :

Whisk the sugar and butter until the mixture is creamy.

 Add the egg and vanilla with the whisk.

 Mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

 Add the flour mixture to the egg, butter and sugar mixture while whisking.

 Cover the dough and leave it in the refrigerator for two hours.

 Take the dough out of the refrigerator and shape it into balls the size of a walnut and put it in the oven tray lined with parchment paper slightly apart so as not to stick together during the grilling process.

 Put the tray into the oven at 350 for ten minutes, until it becomes light brown.

 Leave the cookies to cool a little, then serve warm or cold. You can also sprinkle a little powdered sugar on the face to decorate before serving.
