FIVE DIFFERENT POTATO SALAD!!

Potato salad with mayonnaise

Ingredients :

Potatoes: 5 pieces (peeled and diced)

 Green onions: 4 sticks

 Parsley: 1/4 cup (chopped)

 Mayonnaise: 12 cup

 Yogurt: half a cup

 Vinegar: 2 tbsp

 Salt: half a teaspoon

Directions :

Boil potatoes in salted water until soft, then drain.

 Put the potatoes in a deep bowl, add the onion, parsley, and stir.

 Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, tablespoon of hot water and vinegar in a bowl.

 Add mayonnaise mixture to potatoes and serve.

Grilled potato salad :

Ingredients :

Potatoes: 4 pieces (peeled and cut into thin circles)

 Olive oil: a quarter cup

 Salt: 1 teaspoon

 Grape vinegar: a quarter cup

 Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon

 Green onions: 2 sticks (finely chopped)

 Pine nuts: 2 tablespoons (toasted)

Directions :

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

 2. Put the potatoes with a little oil and grill them on the grill until they are soft.

 3. Mix the potatoes, olive oil and salt.

 4. Spread the green onions and stir until the ingredients are mixed.

 5. Mix the vinegar with black pepper and pour the mixture over the potatoes and onions and stir until the ingredients are well mixed.

 6. Spread pine nuts on top and serve warm.

Beetroot potato salad

Ingredients :

Beetroot: 500 grams (boiled, peeled, diced)

 Potatoes: 500 grams (boiled, peeled, cut into cubes)

 Mayonnaise: 5 tablespoons

 Garlic: clove (crushed)

 Red vinegar: 2 tablespoons

 Onions: 1 piece (small / finely chopped)

 Walnuts: 1/4 cup (crushed)

 – Salt, for taste

 Red cabbage: to taste (leafy / to serve)

Directions :

 1. Put potatoes and beetroot in a bowl and add mayonnaise, garlic, red vinegar, onions and walnuts.

 2. Season with salt to your liking and stir the mixture well until the ingredients are homogeneous.

 3. Fill the red cabbage leaves with the salad, then put it on a serving plate.

Vegetable salad with potatoes and olives

Ingredients :

Tomato: 1 piece (chopped in cubes)

 Lettuce: 1 cup (chopped coarsely)

 Black olives: 12 cup (sliced)

 Potatoes: 300 grams (small size boiled with skin)

 Olive oil: 2 tbsp

 Lemon juice: 2 tbsp

 Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon

 Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon

 How to prepare :

Cut the small boiled potatoes in half.

 Mix potatoes, tomatoes and lettuce in a plate.

 Add salt, olive oil, black pepper and lemon juice, mix the salad and serve.

Chicken salad with potatoes and mayonnaise step by step

Ingredients :

Potatoes: 2 pieces (peeled and boiled in small cubes)

 Corn: 1 cup (frozen and boiled)

 Mayonnaise: 1 cup

 Chicken breast: 2 breasts (cut into cubes)

 Salt: half a teaspoon

 Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon

 Green onions: stick (chopped)

 Mustard: 1 teaspoon

Directions :

The first step is to put the shredded chicken breasts in a frying pan on the stove and stir until smooth and spiced with salt and black pepper

Second step: put the boiled potatoes and corn in a pyrex bowl

Third step :Add mayonnaise and mustard

Step Four: Stir the ingredients well until distributed

Fifth step: spread the chicken on top of the plate

Sixth step :Garnish the top of the plate with green onions and serve the salad warm or cold as desired
