Italian Pizza Margarita and New York Pizza

To all pizza lovers, here are two pizzas recipes.  They are easy to prepare and the tastes are super cool.

How to make Italian Margarita pizza

Margarita dough ingredients :

three cups of white flour

1 teaspoon instant yeast

Half a teaspoon of salt

A quarter cup of vegetable oil (or olive oil)

Warm water


Place the dry materials in a large bowl and stir well until mixed. 

Add oil and warm water to the bowl and mix well until the dry materials absorb the liquids. 

Take the dough out of the bowl and finish kneading it on the kitchen table, continue kneading for ten minutes. 

Roll the dough and return it to the bowl, wiping a few drops of oil on her surface, so that no crust forms on it. 

Cover the bowl with a nylon bag or paper, and leave it in a warm place until it doubles in size

Preparing the pizza filling:

The ingredients are four large grains of ripe and grated tomatoes (about half a kilogram)

Three tablespoons of olive oil

A tablespoon of canned tomato puree

A clove of garlic, crushed

A few leaves of fresh basil or 1 teaspoon of dried basil

Half a teaspoon of dried oregano

Half a teaspoon of salt

Pinch of white pepper

200 grams shredded mozzarella cheese

How to prepare:

Heat the oil in a deep saucepan, add garlic and stir. 

Add tomato and oregano. 

Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and basil if it is dry (if it is fresh, leave it to decorate the pizza surface). 

When the mixture boils, reduce the heat and let the sauce thickens for about a quarter of an hour, while watching and stirring it, but without covering the saucepan. 

Turn off the heat and use the sauce after it cools, or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. 

When the dough is browning, prepare a baking tray with short edges and grease it with a little oil.

Roll out the dough in the tray, so that it becomes thin with a thickness of half a centimetre, and leave it to rest for a quarter of an hour, and in the meantime, turn on the oven at 180 ° C. 

Spread the filling (which is cold) on the surface of the dough. 

Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. 

Put the tray in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes, and brown the face until the cheese is golden in colour.

New York Pizza, USA

Pizza Dough Ingredients:

1 teaspoon active dry yeast

 1 teaspoon sugar

 ¼ cup of warm water

 2 cups warm water

 1 tablespoon sugar

 1 tablespoon salt

 ¼ cup olive oil

 5 cups bread flour, more can be used as needed

How to prepare the dough :

Sprinkle the yeast into the mixer bowl with a teaspoon of sugar and half a cup of water. Leave the mixture for five minutes until you notice.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with the dough hook until you collect a smooth ball. It should be just a little sticky.  If it is too sticky, add extra flour. Take a small piece of dough and extend it in front of Light as you will see light through it.

Divide the dough into four equal parts, knead it in a little oil, then put each of them in a container of a little oil, leave it in the refrigerator for 24 hours

Sauce ingredients :

Tomatoes as needed

¼ cup olive oil

 ½ 1 teaspoon of sugar or more to taste

 1 teaspoon of dried thyme

 2 tablespoons of tomato paste

How to prepare the sauce:

Crush or blend the tomatoes until it gets smooth, add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. (Make enough for the pizza dough)

Roll the pizza dough well until it becomes thin, then add the sauce to it, add grated cheese and pre-fried fried meat pellets.

Put pizza in the oven at a maximum temperature for one hour until browning.  Cut after it is cool.
