Ingredients :

For the cake, we need:

2 eggs

 ½ cup of liquid milk

 ⅓ cup vegetable oil

 1 teaspoon vanilla

 1 cup flour

 ¾ cup sugar

 ⅓ cup cocoa powder

 ¾ 1 teaspoon baking powder

 ½ 1 teaspoon baking soda

 ¼ 1 teaspoon salt

 ¼ cold Nescafe cup

 To prepare the chocolate sauce:

 ½ cup of chopped chocolate

 ¼ cup of liquid milk

How to prepare:

Put in a bowl each of the milk, oil, vanilla and eggs and mix until the ingredients are well mixed.

 Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt over the ingredients and mix the ingredients well.

 Add the cold nescafe and continue mixing until the ingredients are completely mixed.

 Put the mixture in the cake pan after spreading it and sprinkle it with flour, then put the mould in the oven at 170 temperature for about 35-40 minutes.

 Put the milk and chocolate in a bowl and melt it on the steaming water and keep stirring until the sauce is ready.

 After the cake has cooled completely, put the warm chocolate sauce so that the cake is ready to be served.

 strawberry chocolate cake:


2 eggs

 150g regular sugar

 250 g flour

 250 g liquid milk

 80 grams vegetable oil

 2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa

 1/2 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate

 2 teaspoons baking powder

 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

 Strawberry for decoration

 For the filling:

 1 sachet of dark chocolate nibs for the taste (100 g)

 For the sauce:

 100 grams butter

 1 cup liquid milk

 1/2 cup cocoa

 1/2 cup powdered sugar

 How to make it:

To prepare the sauce, put butter, milk, cocoa and sugar on fire, stir well until boiling, then remove from heat and leave to cool down.

To prepare the cake, in a bowl place the eggs, liquid milk and vegetable oil and mix the ingredients with a hand whisk.

In a second bowl, put plain sugar, flour, sodium bicarbonate, baking powder, vanilla and cocoa. Then mix the ingredients and pour over the liquid ingredients and beat by hand.

Place the chocolate particles with the mixture and mix a little, then put the mixture in a mould and enter a preheated oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Remove the cake from the oven and leave to cool, then cover with chocolate sauce and decorate with strawberries.

Banana chocolate cake :


Bananas: 2 pieces (ripe, large, mashed)

Caster sugar: 2 cups (granulated)

 Flour: three quarters of a cup

 Cocoa: three quarters of a cup (powder, plain, sifted)

 Baking powder: A teaspoon and a half

 Sodium bicarbonate: A teaspoon and a half

 Salt: half a teaspoon

 Eggs: 2 tablets (at room temperature)

 Lukewarm water: 1 cup

 Milk: 1/2 cup (liquid)

 Vegetable oil: 1/2 cup

 Vanilla extract: 1 1/2 teaspoons

How to make it:

Preheat oven to 180 ° C with a grate rack in the  center.

 2- cover a cake pan (13 x 9 inch) with oil and flour.

 3- In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt with an iron hand mixer.

 4- Leave the dry ingredients aside.

 5- In another bowl, place eggs, banana, lukewarm water, milk, oil and vanilla extract.

 6- Mix the ingredients well with a hand mixer or an electric mixer.

 7- Pour this liquid mixture over the dry ingredients.

 8- Mix well with a spatula or an electric mixer until the ingredients are mixed (you will notice that the mixture is light and liquid, not thick).

 9- Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the oven for 40 minutes or so until the cake is readily cooked.
